Is this a medical alarm?
No. Wren Nest is for everyday comfort and reminders, not a replacement for a monitored personal alarm or emergency services. In an emergency, call 999.
Who can see the alerts?
Only the people the resident chooses, and the resident can change this at any time.
Does it need fast broadband?
A basic connection is enough; routines keep working if the internet drops.

Some routine data can reveal patterns of daily life. We minimise what is collected, store it in the UK where possible, and only share updates with people the resident has chosen. The resident can withdraw this at any time. Where health information is involved (for example medication reminders), we rely on explicit consent.
3. Sharing
We use trusted processors for hosting, email, payments and accounting, under contracts that require them to protect your data. We do not sell personal data.
4. International transfers
Where data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 12 months if no contract follows. Customer and accounting records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as UK law requires. Other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@wrennest.cfd; we respond within one month.
7. Cookies and third-party content
This website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts and images from a third-party image service (LoremFlickr, serving Flickr Creative Commons photos); these providers receive your IP address when content loads.
